We recognized the need to balance new construction with the environment and to embrace the most basic ways of achieving that harmony – through minimizing site disturbance, saving trees and utilizing natural landscapes where possible; home placement to maximize natural light and nature’s heating and cooling benefits; energy efficient appliances; low or no VOC paints; and improving our homes in ways you can’t see such as the use of PEX plumbing systems, tankless water heaters, and blown-in insulation.

Kevin Kozo, Owner of Turnberry Custom Homes is among Southeastern Pennsylvania’s select few builders to achieve the status of Certified Green Professional TM through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  The NAHB states “This designation recognizes builders and remodelers who incorporate green building principles into homes – without driving up the cost of construction.”

Building or remodeling with a green or sustainable approach offers many benefits:
